Hi @Bharadwaja D

There are some issues going with the SN PDIs, old working PDIs are getting deactivated and causing unexpected issue.

Dissociation of PDI from the dev portal might also fall in that category.

My suggestion would be to take backup of your PDI so you don't loose out on any of your configurations, as it is widely known SN doesn't support any troubleshooting for PDIs.

Best way is to keep backup so if it comes to worst, you still have the access to your precious configs.

Hi Aman, at present i am working on Source to Pay operation in SN, everytime it is getting hard to install plugins, and last week also my new instance got removed. and today it is displaying request for new instance.  i dont know what is happening in my SN

Its not only your PDI, this is a generic issue which thousands of people are experiencing the past few weeks. And as mentioned: we cannot do anything about this.

Kind regards,

As I mentioned, the issues with PDI is an ongoing one and we have to live with this for a moment.

SN team will be putting out info regarding this soon, but yeah, its would potentially better if you request for a new instance and get started.

I know its painful, but this is what it is.
