Unable to open my instance from developer portal -- dev instance is working

Hi team, We are not able to connect to our instance, which is ServiceNow . everyday i am raising instance continously, but from past two days onwards when i login into the developer website, it is displaying please request for new instance. like bellow picture.

Actually my instance which is linked with my developer site is working if I use dev url. can anyone help me to get instance in developer portal.

The issue you are facing with the developer site is a popular question for the past few weeks. And like all the other questions: nothing we can do about this. Unfortunately its just this way.

Same issue my colleague faced. Only option is to have patience and wait for its to be in operational state.

Actually last monday i requested a new instance, we have rule that we need to raise incident everyday, if not done for 10days our instance will deleted, for me it is the instance is not walking up.. like this bellow pic...MicrosoftTeams-image (38).png 

Unfortunately same story, there's no support for free PDIs. So only think you can do is wait and hope. Or, go for a new PDI.
