Unable to open my instance from developer portal -- dev instance is working

Hi team, We are not able to connect to our instance, which is ServiceNow . everyday i am raising instance continously, but from past two days onwards when i login into the developer website, it is displaying please request for new instance. like bellow picture.

Actually my instance which is linked with my developer site is working if I use dev url. can anyone help me to get instance in developer portal.

Hi there,

I am using my instance from last 1 years onwards i.e(1st PDI)  recently on 8th of this month, my old instance got removed,

I applied for new instance i.e(2nd PDI), after few days on 22nd of this month my 2nd PDI removed,

On 22nd Jan I requested to take new instance, and I have taken. i.e(3rd PDI),

Finally today all my new instance got removed and present my old 1st PDI is working....
