Have you recently set up a new space type and noticed that the favorite icon ❤️ is missing in the card view?
We ran into the same issue after configuring a new Parking space type—but good news, the fix is quite simple!
✅ Steps to Enable Favorite Icons for New Space Types
1️⃣ Define a Favorite Content Type
- Go to: Employee Center > Favorites > Favorite Content Types
- Create a new content type (e.g., "Parking")
2️⃣ Set Up the Favorite Configuration
- Navigate to: Employee Center > Favorites > Favorite Content Configuration
- Configure your new space type under the relevant content category.
Once this is done, the favorite icon ❤️ will appear in the card view for the new space type.
⭐ Accessing Your Favorites
- All saved favorites will appear under the ‘My Favorites’ section.
- Clicking on a favorite (e.g., Parking) will directly take you to the reservation screen—no need to search again!
📱 Mobile Tip: Enable Redirect for Favorites
On mobile devices, if nothing happens when clicking on a favorite, follow these steps:
- Go to: System Mobile > Functions
- Open the record: Redirect to favorite space record screen
- Add a new category for your space type (e.g., "Parking")
This ensures a smooth experience on both desktop and mobile.
