Hi all,
I am trying to add a dependent field to the visitor details popup screen when the details are filled by the host through "register a guest".
What I would like to do :
- A select field:Special Assistance required (Yes / No)
- A multiline text field: Provide additional details shown only when the answer is Yes
What I see today is that the popup is built from Visit requirements and rendered by the wsd-visitor-requirements widget.
Does anyone know:
- whether conditional visibility between requirement items is configurable out of the box
- whether any requirement item field type supports multiline text
- what the best upgrade-safe way is to achieve this without customising the widget
Thanks!

whether the requirement configuration supports dependencies first, since customizing the widget could make future upgrades harder.

Hi @kumarakshay by now it's not possible to define any dependency on this fields. Everything what you configure OOTB is limited by the capabilities in sn_wsd_visitor_visit_requirements and sn_wsd_visitor_visit_requirements_item. But this requirement makes sense and should be raised as idea to ServiceNow Product Team.

Thanks for confirming! Raising this as a product idea would be the best way to get conditional fields supported without making upgrades harder.
