View relationship maps in Digital Portfolio Management

View a relationship map in Digital Portfolio Management (DPM) to see all relationships that make up a given solution. DPM uses the ServiceNow Unified Map to display a graphical hierarchical map based on the CMDB.
Access a relationship map
While in a DPM solution (business application, application service, service, or service offering), select View relationships.
The Unified Map displays with the selected solution at the top, indicating it's the highest level in the map. Branched from the highest level are other relationships that make up the highest level solution.
Navigate a relationship map

On the map page, use the panels for more information about the mapped solutions.
- Select
to view a summary of the selected solution. - Select
to view contact information for team members and teams that are associated with the selected solution. - Select
to view all current issues in the context of the selected solution, for example, critical incidents, current outages, or critical alerts.Note: The options change for the current issues depending on the solution type. - Select
to see the application services associated with the selected solution.
