The Lists view in the Network Inventory Workspace offers ServiceNow customers a centralized interface to access and manage telecommunications network inventory classes and functions. Located on the left side of the workspace, it enables quick navigation to essential inventory tasks and classes, streamlining network asset management and operational activities.

Key Features
- Access to Network Inventory Classes: Easily browse and work with core inventory components such as Sites, Inventory, Inventory Number Allocation, Services, Inventory Models, Inventory Templates, Inventory Capacity, Import, Administration, Changes, and Procurement.
- My Lists Tab: Allows creation of customized or variant lists tailored to specific operational needs for quicker access and organization.
- Filtered Lists: Categories within the lists pane enable efficient filtering and selection of network inventory classes and tasks.
- Role-Based Access: All users can view selections in the Lists view; however, administrative functions require assigned admin roles for write or delete privileges, ensuring secure management of sensitive configurations.

- Efficient Network Inventory Management: Users can manually create and update network asset instances, define relationships, and manage network sites and data centers to maintain accurate and comprehensive network records.
- Capacity and Procurement Integration: Calculate physical entity capacities and integrate procurement processes through bill of materials creation linked to Hardware Asset Management.
- Modeling and Template Use: Define and import inventory models and templates to standardize network asset instantiation and maintain consistency across the inventory.
- Configuration and Change Management: Configure the Telecommunications Network Inventory application and instantiate network inventory designs, supporting controlled updates and lifecycle management.
You use the Lists view to access the inventory classes and functions to perform the Network Inventory tasks.
From the Lists view, on the left side of the Network Inventory Workspace, you can access most of the Telecommunications Network Inventory classes and functions. To access the Lists view, select the list icon ().
From the My Lists tab, you can create a separate list or a different version of the existing list.
In the lists pane, you can quickly access classes and tasks by using the filtered lists under different categories.
