  • The Enhanced Requests Experience in Core Business Suite gives employees a single place to view, track, and manage requests across departments, including Health and Safety and Finance.

    The Enhanced Requests Experience is available in Core Business Suite (CBS) through the Employee Center portal. It consolidates requests from multiple departments into a single, organized view so employees can find and act on their requests without switching between portals.

    Enhanced My Request experience overview

    The Enhanced Requests Experience segments requests by type using a multiple-tab interface. The default tabs, For you and For others, display requests based on the employee's role and relationship to the request. Admins can configure additional tabs to meet organizational requirements.

    Key capabilities include:

    • Card view and list view toggle for flexible request display.
    • Filter options such as Request Type, State, and Location to narrow results.
    • Drafts tab to save requests before submission.
    • Pagination when the number of requests exceeds 15 per page.
    • Responsive view with a Show more option for filters that exceed the page length.
    Note:
    You must be on Employee Center version 38.0 or later, or have upgraded to the Australia release, to use the Enhanced Requests Experience.

    Experience by persona

    The Enhanced Requests Experience adapts to different user roles within CBS.

    Health and Safety support

    The Enhanced Requests Experience in CBS includes support for Health and Safety requests. Employees can submit and track Health and Safety inquiries — such as questions about procedures, training, or return-to-work policies — directly from the CBS employee portal.

    Health and Safety requests appear alongside requests from other departments in the unified request view. Default configurations for Health and Safety include standard notifications and intake forms that activate automatically during installation.     Finance support

    The Enhanced Requests Experience in CBS also supports Finance business unit (BU) requests. Employees can submit general finance inquiries targeted to the finance department and track them alongside requests from other departments.
