Working with my approvals module

  • My Approvals module will be available on DLP Users Workspace to the logged in users. Users can approve or reject the assign approval requests from here.

    Before you begin

    Role required:
    • End user
    • Manager
    • Approver

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > DLP Incident Management > DLP User Workspace.
      The My DLP Incidents page will be displayed in a new tab.
    2. Click on the My Approvals module present under My DLP Incidents module.
      My Approvals list view will be displayed.

      Approver can approve or reject the requests from the list view of My Approvals page. One can approver or reject the multiple requests from the list view.

      Approver can view the details of assigned request on the form view. By clicking the Approve or Reject action from the form view, one can approve or reject the Individual request.
      Note:
      To view the DLP Incident details, click on Add icon - My approval rules info icon available on the Approve field.
