Configuring Employee Center for mobile

Configure Employee Center capabilities on Now Mobile to help employees utilize the employee-centric content experience. This configuration enables all services, information, and support tabs.

• Next Experience theme for Now Mobile
  Next Experience delivers a next generation, intuitive, personalized experience to drive productivity, improve engagement, and surface insights across the ServiceNow AI Platform.
• Approvals in Now Mobile
  View all your approval tasks in one place in the Now Mobile app.
• Workday approvals in Now Mobile
  Access your Workday approvals in the Now Mobile app, with Employee Center.
• Configure mobile content
  Configure mobile content such as banners, text cards, and video for content delivery or for use in campaigns. Mobile content is delivered to users that meet the audience criteria on Now Mobile.
• Configure content roll-up on topics for Now Mobile
  Browse through the associated content on the parent topic and its sub-tree topics. Enable the feature to see a wider range of results for your search on the Now Mobile app.
• Manage taxonomy for Now Mobile
  Clone the default taxonomy or create your own taxonomy and map it to the Mobile Employee Service portal (MESP) to ensure the right taxonomy gets assigned.
• Update search configurations
  Search configurations are not automatically updated when your install the Now Mobile application. Manually run the fix script that is provided to update the search configuration to experience unified browsing on your mobile device.
