  • The administration cards provide you with the capability to monitor and manage applications, where you can add, enable, or disable as necessary. You can get insights into the policies applied for compliance, view the list of DEX users and DEX administrators, manage the metric rules and devices with Agent Client Collector installed for data analysis.

    Roles and Access
    User roles View and configure different DEX user roles based on their respective access requirements.
    Application and Device Health
    Agent deployment on Windows devices Install Agent Client Collector (ACC) to monitor and collect data in a centralized and organized manner, provide insights into system performance, identify issues, and enable proactive maintenance.
    Agent deployment on macOS devices Install ACC to monitor and collect data in a centralized and organized manner, provide insights into system performance, identify issues, and enable proactive maintenance.
    Applications management Look up and configure web and installed applications that are currently being monitored
    Desktop Assistant deployment Deploy Desktop Assistant (DA) using guided steps on the end-user devices.

    DA is an interface for employees, enabling access to self-service options, IT notifications, and support resources.

    Deploy browser extension Activate the DEX Google ChromeOS or Microsoft Edge extension on your device to collect different operational or performance-based metrics for the web or SaaS applications.
    Digital End-user Experience Self-service configuration Configure and customize Digital End-user Experience Self-service experience to enable employees to check the performance of their device and self-solve issues.
    System compliance Configure compliance system policies, manage applications, and set up metric rules for compliance-related thresholds.

    File management Configure and manage the executable files available on the end-user devices.

    Windows registry configuration Configure the Windows registry keys to identify and manage any mismatch in end-user devices.
    Note:
    Select the registry key path to edit the key by modifying the path or expected value. You can also delete the key.

    Agent policies Manage which DEX metrics are collected based on the device criteria defined.
    Metric rules Create and manage DEX metric rules to establish criteria and thresholds for metrics.

    Configuring metric rules enables timely alerts and proactive system management.

    Create Remedial Actions Create your custom remedial actions from check definitions to resolve end-point related issues using the Playbook.
    Usage and Health Monitoring
    Agent health Review and manage user devices on which ACC is installed.

    Agent health also displays the number of agents that are up and the number that are down.

    Proactive Engagement workbench View Proactive Engagement resolutions available to you in the base system.

    Get an overview of all the PE resolutions and notifications active in your instance.

    Desktop Assistant usage Get an insight of Desktop Assistant usage across all your organization's employees.
