Add statement expense line details

Adding expense line details is drilling down to one more level of the statement expense line. Add the number of units consumed, the unit rate at which the item is charged, and the total amount of the expense line at the item level, catalog item level, or account level.

프로시저

1. Click the Statement Expense Line related list.
2. Click New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

   Field	Description
   Statement expense line	Select the statement expense line from the options list.
   Unit rate	Rate at which the reporting entity is charged for one unit of the item.
   Volume	Number of items consumed (in units).
   Amount	Volume * Unit rate.

4. Click Submit.
