Manage tasks in a Major Security Incident

    • The Task tab enables you to track and manage all the tasks associated with a major security incident from the MSIM workspace. You can view the various tasks using the default Visual Task Board (Kanban view) or the List view.

    The sn_msi.workspace_manager can do the following on the Tasks tab:
    • Create a task
    • Modify tasks
    • View and assign tasks to self or others
    • Delete tasks
    Note:
    Make sure you have installed the MSIM VTB Task Card: 1.0.1v app separately after installing the MSIM app.
    The Tasks tab displays the details of all the tasks associated with a major security incident. The Task tab supports two views:
    • Visual Task Board (Kanban view):

      View and update multiple task records, which appear as cards on the Visual Task Board that can be moved between lanes based on the status of the tasks in the major security incident.

    • List view:

      View and update multiple task records using in the form of lists. Using these list categories and filters, you can quickly find and track the tasks you need to work on in a major security incident.

    The labeled activities are summarized and displayed in the Overview section of the major security incident. A trend chart graph is available on the Overview section to view the consolidated task activities state.
