Use Reports Lists in Report Templates

  • Use report lists to define and include the related list artifacts to generate lists in the PDF based on your configured MSI list records.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_msi.workspace_manager

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Major Security Incident Management > MSI Administration > Status Report Setup.
      The MSI Status Report Setup page displays.
    2. Drill down to Report Template > Lists.
    3. Select Configure.
      The MSI Status Reports Lists section describes how each specific related list is affected since the incident is created. The following are the predefined MSI Report Lists as a part of the base system, which you can use to configure and modify your status reports.
      MSI Report ListsDescription
      Affected Assets The related list of affected assets view in the status report.
      Affected Locations The related list of affected locations view in the status report.
      Affected Users The related list of affected users view in the status report.
      Indicators The related list of indicators view in the status report.
      Linked Security Incident The related list of linked security incident view in the status report.
      Observables The related list of observables view in the status report.
