Define a citation using Operational Sustainability Workspace

    • Define a citation within an authority document to specify the exact data points or qualitative information an organization must disclose.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_esg.program_manager

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Operational Sustainability Management > Operational Sustainability Workspace
    2. Access the Create New citation form.
      Starting pointActions
      Main page
      1. In the sidebar, select the Lists icon.
      2. In the Lists tab, select Disclosure requirements > Citations.
      3. On the Citations page, select New.
      Authority document
      1. If you already have an authority document open, select the Citations tab.
      2. Select New.
    3. On the Create New citation form, fill in the fields.
      For a description of the field values, see Create New Citation form.
    4. Select Save.

    Result

    The citation is created and the Overview page is displayed.
