For organisations to successfully adopt AI, they must enable all their people to understand, use and experiment with it effectively. This starts with reimagining and investing in learning so that employees can develop the high-demand skills needed to thrive in an AI-driven workplace.
We believe we're well past the trial phase of AI. This is a time to invest in both people and technology to build on our foundation. We want to free people to do more of what they love and more of what can’t be replaced by technology—such as highly conceptual work, relationship building and using their imaginations.

In fact, our AI-driven platform powers 1 million business processes and 40 billion workflows for our customers.
AI also provides us with better skills data, which helps us identify talent gaps and opportunities. Our machine learning models are revolutionising talent acquisition and workforce planning, helping us better predict quarterly headcount needs and align hiring efforts with roles that drive the greatest organisational impact.
2. Fostering continuous learning
As the pace of AI-driven transformation accelerates, the skills people need are constantly shifting. ServiceNow is uniquely positioned to shape the future of work for the tech ecosystem. This year will be all about continuous learning because we know that upskilling and reskilling unlock the human renaissance.
We're creating an innovative learner experience that helps people build the skills needed today and into the future. As we build AI-powered solutions for our customers, we use AI to shape better experiences, trainings and learning paths that are personalised, predictive and delivered in the flow of work for employees, customers, partners and communities. We're making it easier than ever to access the education, resources and community support needed to succeed.
Our ambitions don't stop with our own people. We're building a holistic learning strategy and platform called ServiceNow University to skill the entire ServiceNow ecosystem. We're breaking barriers for talent through RiseUp with ServiceNow, providing access to technology, education and job opportunities.
By 2027, we aim to train 3 million learners globally, addressing critical talent gaps while expanding our platform's reach. This effort is absolutely essential because skills are the new currency for growth. We have a huge opportunity in front of us.
3. Focusing on our people
