ServiceNow offers free instance called Personal Developer Instance(PDI).

1. Access the page below and signin your ServiceNow ID.

And, because we have several features baked into the AI Platform, most folks can access accessibility preferences  to customize their user experience from their profile options. Check out this article on how to use all of our built-in preferences.  It will depend on your version you're on and how much customizing your own company may have done to the AI Platform out-of-the-box, so if you don't see what you need or you have specific hiccups you're looking to address, either: 

  1. Submit an idea through our idea portal
  2. Email our product team at accessibility_support@servicenow.com
