Ai agent tool web searches

Hi Community ,
I’m working on building an AI Agent in Now Assist that uses the Web Search tool to answer user queries. I followed the article How to set up the Web Search using Google Gemini for AI Agents and Virtual Agent

I followed the steps but when i am testing the ai agent i am getting this error

Can i get help why i am getting this error, i followed the steps as shown in the video but also i am getting this.

It's hard to read anything in your screenshot, but this should be functional. I would suggest:

 

  • Update to the latest release (October 2025 / Now Assist AI Agents 5.2.18+) and update all plugins related to AI Websearch.
  • In addition, revert any customizations back to OOB/baseline for AI Websearch as we moved away from Bing Websearch to Google Gemini in the last couple releases.
  • Repair these plugins again, if necessary, after updates or reversal to OOB/baseline.
