Duplicated /triplicated user accounts

Good day, I have in some cases users that have been duplicated or triplicated in creation. These multiple accounts are being displayed in the end user interface when tickets are being logged. Is there a way that I can not have these accounts displayed when typed in the search field? I have some of them locked out and not active but they are still displayed.
This would need to be applied for all the service catalog items available. Any assistance/guidance would be appreciated.

mainly look like the data issue, please check in user table is these name exits these many time?

Hi, yes, the names show multiple times in the user table. The name and user ID are the same but remainder of profile is empty (no job title, contact number, etc.)

The same will apply to variables as well. Initiate a data-cleaning activity to remove duplicate data, but ensure that only unnecessary data is deleted before proceeding.
