Frogot Password Link customization

How can I customize the link to Frogot Password in both logins in ServiceNow? 

We use the Zurich release and have one reset process for users and another for contacts.

I want the process behind it to work in such a way that it doesn't matter which user class (user or contact) clicks on the link. ServiceNow should then use the password reset process to recognize which reset process it needs to run.
One password reset process is customized for contacts (group portal), the second for users (e.g., ITIL group).
