Hi @efrimma
In ServiceNow, "IMR" most commonly refers to Impacted Infrastructure or Impacted Resources, and it's often used in the context of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and incident management. The "IMR" field on an incident form helps to identify and track which Configuration Items (CIs) are affected by an incident. This is crucial for understanding the scope of an incident and ensuring that impacted services are restored or mitigated effectively
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hello! While Gen AI (or Google) would tell you its a CMDB/Incident field, but there is no mention of IMR in servicenow.com/docs, or communities, or in the sys_dictionary in my PDI.
I believe it's a Custom Field on your ServiceNow instance. IMR doesn't seem to be a standard field.
Please navigate to sys_dictionary.list to search for IMR field name, see what comes up.
