I have configured everything as per the ServiceNow document. 

 

1) Made changes to the service channel

2) created queues

3) created assignment group - and roles have been given to the group tagged.

4) Works perfectly fine with the PDI, but not in the client instance. 

 

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

@VARUN37  Could please share the screenshots or any error message? Also, please share how you are initiating the flow?
