I have been testing the out of box topics for ITSM and they do not appear to be working correctly. For example, Check IT Ticket Status does not allow me to add a comment. Similarly, Add Comment to Incident does not even save without errors for me to test it. I am testing this using a PDI, not sure if that makes a difference.

I discovered that there are some Topics, it is better to test in your own sub-environment. I tried testing the OOB Check ticket status in a PDI and always failed. This question got me curious, so I tested that topic in one of our sub-environments and it does work. It is rather limited; we have a very complex Topic for checking the status of tickets.
