Agent Workspace issues: Search record and Open record icons, and reference field with dependent fiel

I have encountered a few issues in Agent Workspace for HR Case Management on Create a New Case form. 

yourinstance.service-now.com/now/hr/agent/case-creation-page/-1_uid_

1. Reference field with a dependent field does not work, although it works in the default view

2. Search for record icon in a field does nothing

3. Open record icon in a field does nothing

Has anyone else experienced these issues and have any solutions?
