Hello, our organization is currently looking to integrate Microsoft Teams and the ServiceNow Sidebar.
To create the Azure and MS Teams app, we were attempting to follow the directions found in KB1225842, however the broken images are preventing us from completing several of the steps, such as knowing exactly which API permissions need to be added.
Can anyone provide the necessary API permissions or, better yet, the images that were originally uploaded?

This KB has strange roles assigned which allow to read the text without login but the pictures within the text are only loaded and shown after you login as customer with needed rights to access support KB.
If this helped mark helpful for others.

Hi David, did you get the answer to your question? I manage to download the API permissions image but was wondering whether is it possible to restrict its scope. Chat.Read.All looks a little too wide for a sidebar conversation.

I was able to capture a screenshot of the permissions when viewing the ServiceNow webinar: How to Collaborate Effectively Using Sidebar and Microsoft Teams
My organization's admins also agreed that Chat.Read.All seemed too broad. We removed that permission, however the integration is still in development, so I can't say whether that's an issue.
