ahoy @MarcosGarcia,
from your screenshot it seems it is rather Now Assist Panel (NAP) than Virtual Agent.
I would say it's the overall instance branding, can you try to change your theme to verify this?

Hi @MarcosGarcia ,
From the screenshot, you can try the following approach:
Use Inspect Element on the text/component whose font color you want to change and identify its element ID or relevant selector.
Navigate to Now Experience Framework → Themes.
Open your custom theme.
Under the Compositional: App Theme section, open the relevant style configuration.
Search for the identified element ID/selector and check whether a style already exists for it.
If it exists, update the relevant font/text colour with the required colour.
If no matching element is available, add a new element/style and define the required colours.
After saving the changes, refresh the Agent Chat/Now Assist interface and verify whether the text is displayed with the expected contrast and colour.
This approach should allow you to customize the font color without modifying the underlying Agent Chat component directly.
Hope this helps!
