When a team conversation is transfer to an agent it’s getting auto abandoned after 30 min even if agent response.
User Initiates a chat and it is transfer to an agent.
Agent response but user doesn’t respond within 30min after chat transferred – output- Conversation been ended.
User response but agent doesn’t response within 30min after chat transferred - Output – conversation still active as long as user responding within 30min interval.
It is observed same conversation happen via VA, if agent/user response within 30min after chat transferred- output - conversation still active as long as user responding within 30min interval.
Context: - In backend an schedule job (Time Out Abandoned VA Conversations) is running at 30-minute interval. This schedule job will check is there any active conversation present which was created 30min ago.
