I suspect that you want to configure different timeslots per reason for visit?
You'll need to configure variable timeslots.
Summarized these are the steps:
1. In filter navigator search for "Appointment Configurations" and open the related config
2. Tick the checkbox "Enable advanced configurations"
3. On the above form view, go to related list "Service Configuration Rules":
4. Create a rule for each reason for visit where you want a different timeslot
5. Go to the related list "Advanced configurations" and configure a record for each rule.
Example:
6. Now you'll need to map the reason for visit with these rules.
In filter navigator, go to "Walk-up Locations" and open the related location.
7. Go to the related list "Reasons for Visit" and map each rule with the different reasons for visit:
Hope that was helpful for you, if so, feel free to hit the thumbs up!

Hi,
Thank you for the detailed post. I've followed all the instructions and created the Service configuration rules and Advanced configurations but I couldn't able to see the newly created appointment booking configuration rule for the specific reason. Is there any place do i need to configure something?
Thank you for your time on this.
