I suspect that you want to configure different timeslots per reason for visit?
You'll need to configure variable timeslots.
Summarized these are the steps:
1. In filter navigator search for "Appointment Configurations" and open the related config
2. Tick the checkbox "Enable advanced configurations"
3. On the above form view, go to related list "Service Configuration Rules":
4. Create a rule for each reason for visit where you want a different timeslot
5. Go to the related list "Advanced configurations" and configure a record for each rule.
Example:
6. Now you'll need to map the reason for visit with these rules.
In filter navigator, go to "Walk-up Locations" and open the related location.
7. Go to the related list "Reasons for Visit" and map each rule with the different reasons for visit:

Hi,
I just added the Appointment Booking configuration rule to a specific reason, but the time slot changes are applying to all the choice values in the reason for visit. Could you please let me know what i'm missing here.

As per step 7, i added the appointment booking configuration rule to a specific reason. However, the new time slots are applying to all reasons. Please refer to the screenshot of the configuration below.

Appointment variable set has a field named "Service Configuration Rule"( hidden on the portal form) based on the selected reason for visit the above field populates with sysID of associated reason Appointment booking configuration rule which leads to display the configured timeslots for the specific reason.

Hi,
Thank you for the detailed post. I've followed all the instructions and created the Service configuration rules and Advanced configurations but I couldn't able to see the newly created appointment booking configuration rule for the specific reason. Is there any place do i need to configure something? Also i am unable to see the time slots for the other reason as well for the particular walkup appointment booking. Unable to book even for the the other reasons which are not changed in the same appointment booking. Unable to open select an appointment for the particular walkup location.
