I have a requirement to trigger virtual agent chat from specific page in esc portal

Right @Bhavani3 you need to add Virtual Agent Widget to that page..

 

Go to "Agent Chat" in left navigation - there you will already find a page linked for employee center portal. 

 

You can create more records there which references your other pages from where you want to trigger VA. It's easier that way.

Kindly look for Service Portal > Agent Chat in the Navigator OR Put sp_agent_chat_config.LIST in Navigator and Enter.

Create a record to configure virtual agent chat for specific portal pages.
