HRSD - Live Agent Chat Popup Not Triggering in HR Agent Workspace for HR Agents

Hello All,

Good day! I am trying to verify the live chat pop-up in HR Agent Workspace where am hitting ServiceNow bot integration via scripted rest api explorer. However its create the interaction record in the backend.

 

The HR Agent (status: Available) not getting the live chat pop-up.

 

Please note: If i assign admin role to the agent, then the agent can view the pop-up to accept/decline.

 

Could anyone help me with the inputs to resolve the reported issue. Your assistance here is much appreciated!
