In the end of a response from VA, I want a link/button of 'Get help from an agent'

After the VA respond through Bot Response text(shown in the image - "In how to report sickness topic" , I need two more options, i.e.
- Get help from an agent
- End this conversation
So, how can i achieve this?

After the VA responds, you can append suggested actions or buttons using your chat platform’s response schema. For example, in the Bot Response, add a card or button element with:
Title: 'Get help from an agent' → triggers escalation to a live agent
Title: 'End this conversation' → closes the session
Most platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, or MS Bot Framework support adding buttons or quick replies at the end of a response. Make sure these actions are included in the same response object so they appear immediately after the VA’s text.
