Hello Community, When the Agent Chat is setup in ServiceNow with Virtual Agent, the Agent Chat manager needs some kind of reporting and some hacks in Agent Workspace, Reports and Dashboards. I have created a series of videos to help them out in setting up all of them. In the first video, I have shown creation of some essential reports and then dashboards for Agent Chat Supervisors. Thank you for this. I feel like there is so little documentation out there on the Live Agent Chat pieces. It's been difficult getting things done with this application and your 3 part posts really helped me out!
