Hello Community,
When the Agent Chat is setup in ServiceNow with Virtual Agent, the Agent Chat manager needs some kind of reporting and some hacks in Agent Workspace, Reports and Dashboards.
I have created a series of videos to help them out in setting up all of them.
In the first video, I have shown creation of some essential reports and then dashboards for Agent Chat Supervisors.
