Self Configured Bot MS Teams Itegration not responding when prompted on teams

Hi ,
I have configured with custom bot in lower environment  and pefrom the below steps :

 

  1. Plugins for Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams
  2. Create a Bot in Microsoft Teams
  3. Integrate your Self-configured bot with single Microsoft Teams tenant
  4. Auto-generate the manifest file for uploading on Microsoft Teams
  5. Upload the manifest package file to publish your bot

    When we message the bot in teams  there is no response  and you check the logs the messages appear as faulted what step am i missing 
    The outbound http log has 401 error  Message "authorization has been denied by this  request " on the samba trafic manager
