I am trying to configure Service Now live Agent chat, but I am constantly getting the following error 

There are no agents available at the moment. Please try again later.

I installed the advanced work assignment plugin, and configured the queue, assignment groups as shown in screenshots below->
The issue is that those work assignments are not getting assigned to the user i want, they are all getting marked as unassigned and getting closed.

@PrasoonR - Your configuration looks good. If you could add the exact filter of work item to be routed to the "Queue" then it makes more sense. 

 

Use two different browser so that session from chat (assume end user) will be different from the fulfiller (with awa_agent role). Hope this will solve the problem.
