Good Morning!
My name is Alexis and I am a project manager within the government sector. My company is implementing ServiceNow within our Project Management Office (PMO) for our project/portfolio management. I have been tasked with making sure implementation is as efficient as possible. I would like to explore further education/certification within the ServiceNow platform. I figure more information and expertise I have under my belt, the better I can aid in a smooth transition into the platform.
My question is, what are the recommended trainings, career paths, certifications, etc. recommended for someone in my role?
Any information you provide would be greatly appreciated and if you have any follow up questions, don’t hesitate to let me know!
Thank you,

Hi @tinsleyat ,
I would recommend you to look at the different career paths: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/career-journey?id=journey together with the implementation specialist for PPM (Project Portfolio Management): https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-get-certified?id=amap_detail&summary_id...
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
Best regards
Anders
