SideBar - No Discuss button on Case Page

Hello,
I was trying to test the new SideBar functionality out in my developer instance and couldn't get the "Discuss" button to show up when viewing a HR case on the HR Agent Workspace.
I have installed the 'omni-experience standard feature set' application as instructed in the documentation.
I can also confirm that the feature is toggled active when navigating to All > Conversational Interfaces > Settings
Anything I might be missing here?

@TFischer - Could you please check whether Discuss button is added to "UX form action Layout Item" related list in the below url

Hello, I'm facing the same issue. Did you find any solution regarding this?
We have tried cleaning cache and even adding "Discuss" in UX form action layout item.
If you have found solution, please do help us.
