Hi Community,
I am configuring AI Control Tower and facing an issue under:
AI Control Tower → Configurations → Controls → Approvals
When I try to activate any of the following controls:
- AI Systems
- MCP Servers
- AI Models
- Automatically Trigger Playbooks
I receive the error:
“Something went wrong. Please contact your system administrator.”
I have already verified the user permissions. The logged-in user:
- Is a member of the AI Stewards group
- Inherits the sn_ai_governance.ai_steward role
- Also has the admin role
Other AI Control Tower configurations, such as Security & Privacy, can be configured successfully. The issue appears specifically when activating the approval controls.
Has anyone encountered this issue in AI Control Tower?
Are there any additional roles, ACLs, system properties, plugins, or prerequisites required before these Approval controls can be activated?
Any guidance on the backend logs/properties I should validate would be appreciated.
