  • Define an incident prediction model's purpose, set its prediction preferences and behavior, train it with your data, and deploy it to predict and recommend incident fields.
  • Use incident field information to help you categorize incidents and reduce the handling time for agents.
  • Track, monitor, edit, train, and redeploy models from the Admin Console.
