Amazon Connect popup takes over the focus of my other windows that I have open on my computer

When our call center reps are working in ServiceNow and a call comes in via Amazon Connect with Voice the pop up softphone and interaction screen is taking over their existing screen and any open records they were working and they lose their existing work. Is there any way to change this so it opens in a separate screen and not take over existing screens? It seems the only work around is after the call to refresh and then the other open records come back. Also, does anyone know how to get the pop ups to only happen in workspace and not the internal UI as well? Our reps typically have both open so they are getting a lot of duplication.
