Hello, are there any known issues with ServiceNow and AWS Connect in which Connect will continuously ask you to sign in when you open a new tab? It is random, it seems. I don't have the issue, but some of my co-workers are getting this issue. I am not sure where to look, any guidance is appreciated!

Hi Chatea, we have the same problem. Are you using Connect with Managed user/passwords or with Single Sign On (SSO)?

In Dev we are using Connect with Managed user/password. In Prod we are using SSO. We narrowed down the issue that using anything besides Chrome causes this issue.

I just developed solution to this. We use SSO for AmazonConnect across all 3 dev/qa/prod  - I took out any custom client scripts to load the SSO page, I configured the UI page to only point to the ccp non-sso link, and now I have our Agents launch through an HTML landing page that launches AmazonConnect SSO, waits 5 seconds, then launches ServiceNow SSO. 

 

This seems to have resolved the pop-ups from AmazonConnect
