Hello, are there any known issues with ServiceNow and AWS Connect in which Connect will continuously ask you to sign in when you open a new tab? It is random, it seems. I don't have the issue, but some of my co-workers are getting this issue. I am not sure where to look, any guidance is appreciated!

@eribarkm How did you configured the UI page to only point to the ccp non-sso link?

We strongly encourage agents to use Chrome since AmazonConnect recommends it for best compatibility https://docs.aws.amazon.com/connect/latest/adminguide/connect-supported-browsers.html , however we have Agents using Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
