AWS connect instance refused connection

Hi Experts , 

I have followed all the steps to integrate Servicenow voice with amazon connect , but I am getting the following error in AWS connect logs when the call is coming to servicenow . The interaction or incident is not getting created -The service user has been given all the roles.

Hi, I am not familiar with AWS but your screenshot appears to show that AWS is not configured with username and pw for your ServiceNow integration account?

I am also getting same error in aws . we got the details from Service now for service account user name and password which we updated in aws .
