Click-to-Dial feature not working in ServiceNow Service Operations Workspace (ITSM)

I am trying to enable Click-to-Dial functionality in ServiceNow Service Operations Workspace (ITSM) integrated ServiceNow voice with Amazon Connect (CCP / OpenFrame CTI).

 

I require end-to-end guidance Click-to-Dial functionality in ServiceNow Service Operations Workspace (ITSM) and support to configure the complete flow.

 

I have reviewed available Amazon Connect and ServiceNow documentation, but I have not found a clear end-to-end guide that explains the complete setup for Click-to-Dial for outbound call in Service Operations Workspace


If anyone has implemented this integration or can point me to the appropriate documentation, application package, plugin requirements, or best practices, I would greatly appreciate the guidance.
