Do we have any predefined plugin to integrate servicenow voice with Exotel, Ellison or Ameyo dailers

I can see there is an amazon connect available already for voice process. If I want to integrate with any other third party dailers like Exotel ot Ellison or Ameyo Can someone please help me with the process?

Hi @Uday Gonuguntla ,
We do not have any predefined plugin for Exotel, Ellison or Ameyo dailers integration OOTB.
So,in order to integrate the servicenow with third party tool you need a API document from that tool. In that document they mentioned all the steps and pre requisite for that integration.

Do we need to install any plugin in servicenow? I'm not getting where to start.
My requirement is "All the calls we are receiving through Exotel, we should have a record in servicenow about the call conversation"

Hi @Uday Gonuguntla ,
There is no Plugins for the tools you mentioned. so no need to install plugins. You would need integration hub subscription to use flow.
