I have not been able to get the quick connections to work, I have followed the documentation to create them and if they appear to the agent to transfer the call, it just tries to transfer it as in the image I attached and then closes.

The quick connection it is with the following values:
Type: User
Destination: Agent01 (example)
Flow: Default agent transfer
The Default agent transfer flow is like the documentation.
I ask for your help in case you know something I need to configure first.
