Azure integration with Servicenow to store data in Custom table

Hello Team,

earlier we had LDAP integration to fetch "mail,manager,dn,cn,name,objectSid,sAMAccountName,source,managedBy,member,description,extensionAttribute11,extensionAttribute1OwnerDetail" details from AD and we stored in Custom table, now we have to deactivate LDAP integration ( as AD does not contain all the data required) and setup integration with Azure to fetch all these details and store it in custom table.

I am new to integration, Please guide me step by step..
