Bi-Directional Integration Between Microsoft Lists and Visual Taskboard

Hi everyone,

I’m wondering if anyone has set up a bi-directional integration between Microsoft Lists and a Visual Taskboard.

The use case is to allow non-licensed users to submit tasks through a Microsoft List, which would then flow into ServiceNow and appear on a Teams Visual Taskboard. Ideally, any updates made on the Visual Taskboard would also sync back to the Microsoft List.

One thing to note, we’re currently on ITSM Standard.

Has anyone implemented something like this, or found a workaround? Any insights would be appreciated!
Thanks,

Visual Task Boards (VTBs) in Servicenow generally display data derived from the task table or any table that extends it (e.g., Incident, Change, Request, Problem).

So here you need integration between Microsoft List ( explain a bit - is it sharepoint list) ,Servicenow.

Because Microsoft list is something related to Azure AD, one type of solution

If it is Sharepoint online- different Solution.

Assuming it is the list from Sharepoint Online.

Hey @Tanushree Maiti ,

Thanks for the information. Looks like I am not licensed to install Microsoft SharePoint Online Spoke since my instance is only on IntegrationHub Starter.

Hi @Tfnhodgi

Can you share Microsoft Lists's ->  end point with hiding sensitive info like id from URL.

Hi, wouldn't it not matter either way since I can't even use the spoke with my current level of integration hub?
