Catalog request using API

Through API catalog request got created but after opening the catalog it's showing that automatically cancelled and error is UID is not valid, but UID already present in instance.

Yes, getting created through UID. While opening the request its showing that it canceled and comment it's showing Not valid UID

Are there any Business Rules, Flows, Script Includes, or Catalog Client Scripts validating the UID and cancelling the request? (Check any validation)

Verify that the user account running the API transaction has read access to the specific sys_id/UID table record.
