We have a requirement that everytime e-signature is done on a change record, client should enter the username password in SSO. But currently once the SSO is already signed in and cached in the browser, its not asking to enter password anymore. It just asks for the email and authenticates. Is there a way to make sure that during change e-signature client is always asked to enter password in sso?

Hello @Shusovit Dutta ,
I am also not aware about this concept. But the information while searching i got is :-
ServiceNow alone cannot force the SSO password prompt if the IdP session is already valid. This behavior is controlled primarily by the Identity Provider (IdP), not ServiceNow.
